We are consolidating the meal distribution to be only at Door 1 starting Wednesday morning.
The Waunakee Community School District will be starting a breakfast and lunch program for our students who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch and also those children whose families find themselves in need during this COVID-19 crisis. These meals will be available on a “grab-and-go” basis starting Monday, March 23rd.
– Meals can be picked up at Waunakee Community High School Door 1 (main door). We ask that you do NOT get out of your car, we will bring them to you.
-There is no registration required and children do not need to provide their names.
– Meals will be distributed from 7:30-9:00am and 4:00-5:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
-On Mondays and Wednesdays, multiple meals will be distributed to cover two days.
-We strongly encourage practicing social distancing when picking up meals and thorough hand-washing with soap and water before eating take-home meals.
