Why are family meals important?
The scientific research shows extraordinary outcomes – better nutrition, better grades, increased self-esteem, improved social behaviors, longer family relationships and so much more. Top behavior changes included cooking more meals at home, eating together more, making healthier choices, and buying more fruits and veggies; all lead to families with improved physical and emotional health.
